Digital photographs are delivered instantly. Under UK consumer law, the right to cancel is waived once a download has begun, which you accept at checkout.

If a file is corrupted, incorrect, or fails to download, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund the purchase.

Booking deposits and cancellation terms are set out in your booking agreement.
