Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored on this website.

Photographs taken at events may contain identifiable individuals. Where you appear in a photograph and wish it removed from a public gallery, contact us and we will remove it promptly.

Data is retained for as long as needed to provide downloads, receipts and legal record-keeping, and is stored securely within the UK or EEA where possible.
